Valentine’s weekend is the perfect excuse to slow down, share something delicious, and spend a little time at the tasting room. Join us at Sierra Starr on Saturday, February 14th for our annual Wine & Chocolate pairing.
We’ll be pouring a curated lineup of our favorite red wines, each thoughtfully paired with handcrafted chocolate selections designed to complement and elevate the wines. It’s a relaxed, indulgent way to celebrate the season—whether you bring your Valentine, gather with friends, or simply treat yourself.
Here’s a little preview of what we have planned. This is your chance to dig into both milk and dark chocolates paired with your favorite Sierra Starr wines. Guests will even get to vote on their favorite pairing between Inertia with Godiva Milk Chocolate with Ganache and Godiva Dark Chocolate with Ganache.
Additional pairings will include:
• Old Clone Zinfandel paired with dark chocolate and coconut
• Cab Franc paired with a dark chocolate peanut butter cup
• Jack’s paired with decadent dark chocolate with a melt-away center finished with a touch of sea salt
• Five Starr Port paired with milk chocolate covered caramel with sea salt
