Solstice Sauvignon Blanc

With a huge citrus expression it is crisp with great minerality. The grapes come from our home vineyard located just 2 miles outside downtown Grass Valley. The vines were planted in 1980.  15% was fermented in new French Oak cooperage.  This wine is well balanced
and silky smooth on the palate. The clean lip smacking finish lingers luxuriously.
